Parche Ventures provides a combination of management skills and fresh capital, to medium-sized companies facing strategic and operational crossroads.

Typical situations include:

  • Companies seeking management succession
  • Founder/owners seeking to retire or transition
  • Businesses requiring a redefined corporate strategy
  • Corporates that would benefit from operational/manufacturing process optimisation
  • Companies facing expansion challenges

We seek companies with an industrial technology focus and active in production, service or trade (or a combination thereof) within a business-to-business environment. Annual revenues are usually between 10 and 75 million USD.

Parche Ventures is not a group of interim managers. Parche Ventures typically acquires a substantial stake in the company’s share capital, supplies fresh capital and executes its management tasks on a long-term basis, typically longer than three years. This helps Parche Ventures assure development and success of the company and its employees.
