Parche Ventures takes a fast, effective and practical approach. After a first meeting, Parche Ventures concludes if it can help the company. In case of a positive conclusion, a thorough analysis of the company’s problems and challenges is conducted in a timeframe of approximately three weeks.

On the basis of this analysis, in partnership with existing management, a comprehensive improvement program is formulated. Upon agree terms on Parche’s management role and financial contribution, the tactical improvement program is executed with the core management team of the company.
